Financial And Budgeting Accountant

A highly motivated and skilled individual is needed to coordinate a participatory budget development process that yields operating and capital budgets. Will collect and analyze past and present trends and costs to project future revenues and expenses as well as evaluate actual to budgeted performance. Assists in the development and implementation of cost control measures. Performs general accounting and financial functions and analysis. Helps to research and evaluate business and financial proposals and opportunities.

Candidates must possess strong organizational, computer and analytical skills along with a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting methods. Must have a four-year degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field. Experience in cost management and budgeting highly desired.
