Plant Technical Services Manager

Owensboro Municipal Utilities is seeking a highly motivated and aggressive individual to assume the position of Technical Services Manager at its Elmer Smith Generating Station, a two-unit, 416 MW, coal-fired generating plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the plant's engineering functions as well as general oversight of environmental issues. Will develop, plan, and manage plant projects and plant performance improvement efforts.

B.S. degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental or closely related field required. Knowledge of power plant operations needed. Must possess excellent communication, supervisory and management skills.
